This survey is intended to help us understand the intellectual property rights (“IPR”) issues faced by ECCT members. IPR matters include trademark, copyright, patent, trade-secrets and domain names, and if you do not work with these matters personally, please forward this survey to the internal or external counsel who handles your company’s IPR matters in Taiwan.
