Pre-Sales Consultation
Delivery Time
Depending on the software. The average delivery time is 12–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Early delivery will be notified in advance. For urgent orders, please call us.
Delivery Method
Software is only delivered via email, which includes the serial number, proof of purchase, and download link.
Store Payment Methods
Third-party payment (credit card/bank transfer/various methods) is available. Electronic VAT receipts are issued.
Trial Versions
You are welcome to email or call us to confirm your needs and request a trial version of the software. A dedicated representative will assist you.
Further Needs
If you cannot find the required product on our official website, please email [email protected] or call and ask for the sales department.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
If the product does not meet your needs after purchase:
Software serial numbers are not eligible for a seven-day appreciation period. Please download the trial version to confirm your needs before ordering fully paid versions.
If a return is required and approved by the developer, a handling fee may be charged depending on the situation.
Physical products are eligible for a seven-day appreciation period, which refers to a hesitation period, not a trial period. The product must be in complete, unused condition and the packaging must be restorable for a return to be processed.
After-Sales Service
If the software includes updates or maintenance services, these are provided by the manufacturer. If the product does not include or you did not purchase such services, after-sales service cannot be provided.
Software Issue Handling Process
Please provide your order number, error message, screenshots, and system information. If the software was not purchased from INXSOFT. We reserve the right not to provide service for issues. You may try reactivating the software to see if the issue is resolved; if problems persist, please contact us via [email protected].

若有退貨需求且原廠同意下將視情況酌收手續費。 - 實體商品適用七天鑑賞期,此處指的是猶豫期而非試用期;商品須要在完整、未使用狀態且可還原包裝才能進行退貨。
售後服務
軟體若含更新或維護服務皆為原廠提供。若產品本身不含或未加買服務,即無法提供售後服務。
軟體問題處理流程
請提供訂購編號、錯誤訊息、螢幕截圖、系統資訊。若軟體不是由澄安訂購,發生錯誤問題,澄安有權不提供服務。可以先重新啟用確認是否故障排除,若仍有問題請洽技術部 [email protected]
